3 point perspective gives a much needed realism to an aerial view of a development. The client wanted a simple and clean look to this water-colour illustration, but avoiding the plastic feel quite often seen in computer generated images. So the illustration has a 50's advertising style to it. The site's design doesn't allow any one view to show all the plots at it's best, sometimes this is only avoided by having an additional illustration.
