These illustrations were produce for a House developers promotional literature. Showing one of the House elevations in situation. Also floor plans were required with power and other fitted items included. And finally, a 3D site plan that's also working as a street scene. All work is drafted up in pencil at first, for client approval. Once approved and a colour schedule is provided, showing buildings colours and materials. Then the illustration is finally coloured up, and completed. Artwork can be provided digitally and or still mounted on board.
